Anyway i would like to share some of the Food that can be found in my place and it's a local food in Malaysia. (*^日^*)゛グワッハッハ

Long time did not eat Bitter Gourd with mince meat. By the way Bitter Gourd is also known as Bitter Melon ヾ(〃^∇^)ﾉ. There is a lot of people also dislike to eat this food but for me, i think it is a good food to us ｡∠(*ﾟ∇ﾟ*)☆

Yusheng, yee sang or yuu sahng (Chinese: 鱼生; pinyin: yúshēng; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: hî-seⁿ or hû-siⁿ), or Prosperity Toss, also known as lo hei (Cantonese for 撈起 or 捞起) is a Teochew-style raw fish salad. It usually consists of strips of raw fish (most commonly salmon), mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments, among other ingredients. Yusheng literally means "raw fish" but since "fish (鱼)" is commonly conflated with its homophone "abundance (余)", Yúshēng (鱼生) is interpreted as a homophone for Yúshēng (余升) meaning an increase in abundance. Therefore, yusheng is considered a symbol of abundance, prosperity and vigor.

Tonight in this Chinese New Year Eve, Yui and Hui want to try something special which is making Yee Sang Dish ( ^_^)b. it's kinda Chinese Salad type hehe...



So we make some decoration in a big plate ★o(´▽｀*)/



the 5 color ingredient are Red Ginger, Yellow Ginger, Pickled papaya, Pickled Leeks and Salted Jelly Fish ﾐ★(*^▽ﾟ)v Hehe!!★彡 at the same time adding some Crackers, Fried Sliced Yam, Groundnuts and Sesame Seed hoho~~~~~ Yummy ( >_<)O~~



Hehe.. Yui wanna make some special about the Yee Sang Dish .. by adding some Salmon Fish slice meat on it (*ﾟｰﾟ*) and adding with a live sauce with Black pepper and Five Spice Powder ♪(*ﾟ 3ﾟ)/

and there you have it .. we have our own Yee Sang hoho....



In every Chinese New Year Eve, most of the Chinese family will get together and have a prosperity and happy dinner. Before we eat the Yee Sang .. all of the family members will took out their chopstick and mix the Yee Sang well. (*≧∇≦)/--------ヽ(ﾟ▽ﾟ*)ｱ this the the fun part hehe....
